450C Backhoe & Tracks

Hi, just wondering if there was anyone here that has possibly added a thumb to a 450C backhoe attachment and if anyone would have an additional valve to do this that they might want to sell?
I am also looking for 14" track pads for this with a bar? Has anyone ever welded Tbar on their pads as well? Just looking for different options as this has snow tracks and I want them off.
