Figured I would pass this info along since there doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there and some are very expensive. I delivered pump and kit to Hoover and my total fee for labor, rebuild kit including the check valve and permanent governor ring (no more plastic ring), new bushing and calibrating on test bench was $430. Very reasonable.
