dozer did not move due to seals and bearing bad in reverser when bought. I restored with all new parts etc
engine runs great
reverser new clutches and bearings and seals.
tranmission gone thru all good.
tracks not installed nor sprockets
put back together. oils etc etc
on the reverser. I have checked pressures all within spec until the reverser is engaged.. forward or back I lose the pressure to ZERO on the clutch pressure gauge. have adjusted rate of shift screw. shimmed with 3 pennies to get pressure up to 120..
the accumulator has not been touched. maybe this is the problem..
thanks

Re: 350b reverser advice needed
I would check the bypass valve in the valve body to make sure it isn't stuck in the open position. Or that it doesn't have another issue of some sort. It could also be the accumulator as you said. So I would unhook the clutch pedal and work the accumulator lever by hand. Could be a broken spring inside the accumulator or the fork may have slipped past center.
You may also have a torn or missing o-ring on one or more of the steel tubes that connect the valve body to the distribution manifold. Those will dump your pressure in the engaged position. Forward or reverse.
Also you can un hook the shifter and work the shift valve by hand. Make sure it is lining up with the ports in either direction. I've seen those get out of alignment and dump pressure. Just check everything you can on the valve body. If you're sure all of your seals are good on the inside then your issue will be in the valve body somewhere.
