Looks like the manual recommends SAE 30 in the engine, transmission, final drives, steering clutches, and hydraulics. The same oil everywhere should make it easier. Should I buy JD oil or look for SAE 30 meeting their specs (CD/SC (Mil-l-2104c),CCSC) at maybe tractor supply or Sams/ Wal-Mart?
Thanks
Dave

I have a 450c loader/backhoe and my manual suggests SAE 30 in the motor and AW 68 in the Trans, finals, and hydraulic system. Are all
AW 68 the same?????

Someone told me that I could just replace the filter on the hydraulics if it looks clean, but I should replace the engine oil. Any thoughts? What about the transmission final drives and stearing clutches??
