Is it difficult to convert a manual adjust blade on a 350 to a 6-way cylinder/hydraulic system? Was it an option at the time?

The manual 6 way does not lend itself to conversion easily, it is a completely different setup than the power 6 way. Power 6 way was an option, yes.
