The B is a dry clutch I believe and you don't want to be spraying any oils on the clutch or breakband or you will be pulling the finals to replace the disks and breakband as once oil contaminated they will slip, especially when hot. If it is frozen that badly you may be in for a teardown just to get the linkages freed up anyway.

If you feel that you need to spray them down, use water instead of any oil or grease. Water is a good solvent and can do wonders on rust but not cause the contamination that causes slipping. It's still probably not good to saturate the fiber discs with anything, but better than oils. If you do, try and dry ut the clutch areas afterwards with a heater or something similar.
