350 loader arm bushings

Hello all, on my 350 crawler/loader the boom arm bushings (lower bucket attackment point) are worn and I would like to replace them, part # u16850 (old #) u 12817 (new #)

Can someone tell me the best way to remove the old bushings and install new one if i can find them ? thanks paul
