There is a small hole on the bottom of the dozer in the midline which leaks oil or hydraulic fluid. What is it?

I would hazard a guess that you are looking at the hole in the belly pan for the oil pan drain plug.
The belly pan collects everything so that it runs down your arm when you are under there changing the oil!
