I have 2 350 B one with pto one without, what kind of a job would it be to switch them.

Back them both up on a log or good grade just get the rear up a foot or so then pull the bolts on the plug and the bearing holder .Pull the plate off and PTO shaft out and switch I park them on a log for keeping the oil in and you don't have to bend down so far to work on them .We switched between our 550 and 450C in no time . It will take a bit of practice setting the shaft in the right notches but that isn't hard .Digitup.
