350B hyraulic relief valve pop-up

I am finishing lubes/fluids checks etc on my 350B before I put it to work this spring.

I noticed when lifting the blade up/down the hydraulic pop-up will jump up quickly and then go back down. As a read the manual, it sounds like the relief should stay up when the hyd. filter needs changed.

Should I just throw a new filter in and be done while I am servicing everything else?
