I have an arch of a 450B, which i believe will fit a 350. Do not have a winch, very hard to find for the 350 since the input shaft is offset.

Mile Marker amd other companies make hydraulic winches up to at least 12K ratings could you adapt one of them to your 350??

have a 350 with a winch

my 350 has a winch dosnt work at the present have not figured out whats wrong yet. I dont need it or need to use it . how much is one worth?
