need new steel and fiber disks for 450b steering clutches

Well what started out as simply trying to get the clutches freed up turned into extracting about a dozen broken bolts from their bores and cleaning all the threads, a new front cross bar and it looks like probably new sprockets too. But for now my question is where can I find new, good quality, steel and fiber replacement disks for the steering clutches and how much should I expect good quality ones to cost?
