Hey everyone. I am looking for suggestions and ideas for a basic 3 point hitch setup for the back of my 450C crawler/loader. It has the mounting plate for a backhoe in place as well as a PTO shaft. My idea is to build a cat 1 or 2 system that simply bolts onto the backhoe plate and use the extra ports from the third bank of the valve body (currently unused) to control the cylinder(s) for the lift arms. Has anyone already done this and it would be great if anyone had some pictures as well! I was looking at KenP's and MattE's replys to DonnieRay in regard to his backhoe hookup questions and checked out the pictures and schematics, very informative. I found an aftermarket setup for an old Farmall tractors that I can replicate, or at least part of it. If anyone's interested it's at: http://www.farmstar.com/product/hk1106man.html (just copy and paste into you browser for a schematic). ...and it's about a grand plus shipping!!
Thanx - Smokey
