350 dozer losing trans fluid
350 dozer losing trans fluid
Need help where oil is going. Dozer starts right up but when put in gear, oil is leaking into the motor. I believe the dipstick on the right side by the brake pedal is trans fluid and the dipstick on the left side by back left heel is reverser oil. The dipstick on the right side empties out into the motor. Is there a pump or seal that can be bad that is leaking back into motor? It is a 1978 JD dozer.

hello, I'm new to a JD 350 and to this board. I'm also in need of a little help. If The dipstick by your right foot is the reverser oil level and the
dipstick by your left heel is the transmission oil level. Is this also where you fill with oil? What type of oil do you use in each???
Thanks for any help
