78 350b crawler serial tag info

Hi friends, were is the serial tag located on a 78 350b loader, it has a winch on it and the serial for the winch is visable, but been unable to locate the crawler tag itself, also has anyone seen the bracket the hydraulic tensioner passes thru (that supports the upper idler)that bolts to the bottom frame have the four bolts that hold it there, get loose or is there spacers missing, theres a gap on mine from base of bolt to base of bracket, looks loose, and is, bolts frozen tight? wish i could shoot a pic of it///Cc.........also needs some pads for these ole grl, anyone have any?
