450 c steering issue

I noticed on my dozer that after about 8 hrs of use that the left
side track were becoming less and less responsive when I pulled the handle to make a left turn at first the track would lock and the dozer would turn great, now it it doesn't want to turn left hardly at all, the right side still turns great, is there anywhere I can download detailed instructions on how to adjust the left brake
