Lavoy is all you need. I just re-built both sides this summer. Have fun.

You need to find the source of the oil and fix that first. No sense ruining new clutches with oil contamination. I would guess that you need a new pinion shaft seal, but it is possible it is a carrier seal as well.
A steering clutch kit runs about $630.

I just did mine, the seal's going into the final was bad. Made a mess of everything. i used oven cleaner and power washed it off worked great. my 350 (older) used two seals. I bought everthing from Lavoy, great guy with ALOT of info. I would be glad to tell you how i did mine email me with your phone #

the control valve for the blade was leaking oil down on the inspection plate, didnt think it would hurt, come to find out , their where no gaskets on the inspection plates and oil got inside the clutch housing. if i do one side should i do both.

I have sold several thousand of the aftermarket discs, other than one particular brand that I no longer carry, I have had no trouble.

Yes I do, normally I have multiples of each piece in stock, occasionally I am out of stock on one or the other pieces due to the amount I go through, but short time to restock.
