Thanks for the reply KenP. Checked all connections and battery but before I change out starter i'll clean all connections. Battery is fairly new and I put it on a trickle charge that brought it back to 100 percent in 5 minutes. had 14 volts at battery and on switchs and starter supply line but did not check the voltage at the starter under load. solenoid was kicking in but no rotation of starter. has been starting with no problems until this last cold spell. thanks.
