reverse power fades after warm up 350C

Hi guys,

Got to my maintenace last weekend. changed all fluids and filters. Warmed it up good ,pushed 8 ft high snow and ice banks for an hour to really work it. After doing reverser oil and filter first, then did the trans, so cold steering clutchs still had ice in them. Put a space heater on them and melted that stuff out. Anyway, cranked er up and still had a reverser fading in reverse with the new fluids and filters. When i put trans in reverse and reverser in forward it goes backward OK., but not with just the reverser in reverse. Pushes like hell with rerverser in forward.

Any thought s what to look at?
