Whit I did was get it home in my vice an heated the adjuster with propane weed burner an pumped grease an it ping like cast iron cracking. This went on for several hours. This morning I went out an pumped more grease it came right out , I'll hone it an put it back to gether .

I spent the better part of 8 hours over a weekend trying to get mine loose. I have the kind that you spin the adjuster, and the jam nut is suppose to stay tight onto that.

Now I have a set of oxy/acet torches and I can really heat things up.

Good luck next time!
