440 skidder winch fit 450?

Hi guys...just wondering about the possibility of putting a winch off of a JD 440 skidder on my 1978 JD450C....not sure the model # yet as I'm awaiting an e-mail from the fellow. Anyone know if they might be interchangable? Thanks Robert

It is the same winch, however you will need the attachment ears. These could be fairly expensive to get from Deere, unless you can find a used set.
