Kenp I think that go's to the tack it sets low an center of the brake an clutch. I never paid any attention there is a gage on my 350 centered the way I explaned.

Ken, thats for the tach. Tach bolted on top of the floor plate almost between the steering levers. I dont know why Deere put it there, its almost impossible to read.

Yep the tach bolts to that. I have the tach and bracket, will try to take a pic tomorrow for ya.

Heres a few pics. I dont have a 350, so I had to use my 450B to show you. On the 350s the tach is closer to the air cleaner.
