Ken

I know its tight but it will come out. I think you have to rotate the pedal backwards as far as it will go. I think you may have to rotate it back while you slide the reverser forward. You can see it in this pic Image

I see you have your loader blocked up on both sides, plus each one is tied on so they can't fall off.

We usually only do one side and always tie them on like you have done.
