Dropped off my little 350b at my buddies house the other day so he could do some grading of his new addition.
He called me and told me he ran it the first day fine, the second he started it up and it idled for fifteen minutes before slowly dieing.
I wend over and checked it out, it will idle fine for a couple minutes some times maybe thirty seconds others then the rpm's will slow and it will die. It's got good fuel to the injector pump. I didn't have time to mess with it the other day but I'm going back over tonight. I'm thinking it may be a blocked return or maybe that little check on top of the injection pump.
Any other suggestions? Thanks,
Fuel problem
Like I said good fuel to the injection pump. My buddy has his own equipment and is the smoothest operator I know, he just needed a small dozer and a D6 is hard to squeeze between houses.
We'll see tonight, Just didn't know if these old injection pumps had any problems that would mimic what I'm seeing. I'll check out the "mouse turds"
Thx
