On my 450B, the steel line feeding the power steering pump started leaking. Took it off to find that it had been brazed to fix previous leak and has split in bend. From looks of this one, patching would be fruitless. Deere no longer makes this part. Can one be made from copper line and be strong enough.

The max PSI in the power steering system is only around 300psi. You should be fine fabricating one out of copper.

i did a trany line on a 2010 HLR with copper years ago some said it wont work but its be fine for 30 years so i guess it did work
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper

first bend off pump is 180. May have to use fittings to make but can only leak if not work and doing that already. Thanks for info
