obscure part number

Post by captdill » Tue Sep 20, 2011 4:40 pm

I am making good progress changing the left steering clutch on my JD 450 crawler. I found a bushing that needs replacing badly, but I cannot find it in the parts list. I can tell you that the shaft that fits in it is the "steering control shaft" p/n T 20728. The bushing need fits on the outboard end of the shaft. Any clues on the part number to order?

Thanks, but that one, the way I read the picture, fits around a vertical shaft, presumably the throwout shaft. The one I need holds the end of the horizontal steering control shaft, above the clutch. I cannot find it depicted in any drawing, but it came out with the shaft,
