i hace a 350 crawler and on the back of the air filter housing theirs a barb fitting , and under the instrument panel is a sort peice of dry rotted tubing i guess goes to the barb fitting. does the end of the tubbing stay open or does some sort of breather cap go on it ,

I'm pretty sure it should go to your air filter restriction gauge/indicator.

some are mounted clost to top of engine around dip stick in plain view. Look for a bracket bolted down with a hole in it. That be where that gizmo bolts on i think.

On my 350C loader, its mounted right above the air cleaner, which sits between your legs sitting in the seat. I would consult your operators manual, it should cover checking the indicator and air cleaner.
