JD350 year and model?

Hi guys, greetings from Australia,name's Greg & I've just bought myself a jd350 in need of some love, its been sitting in a paddock for 8 years.
I put a battery in it and it started first time, steering clutches not working but every thing else is ok, has 4 in 1 bucket and backhoe at rear.
Trying to find out year of manufacture, these are the only numbers i can find on it: 14E3D
107629T
107620T
T21358TJD

the number after T4E3D is 1076201 or T very hard to tell on the last digit.

Another question, how to tell if its a 350B or a C and where i could purchase a workshop manual which I'm sure I'll need to recondition steering clutches!
