I'm sorry I don't have your specs... But I hate to see someones question go unanswered or at least addressed. First of all, I don't know what Deere dealer couldn't or maybe wouldn't give you these specs. I have dealt with three different Deere industrial dealers in our state and all of them were able to give me what ever information I needed.
I would also think that this information would even be available at a good after market vender.
Maybe I'm not understanding your question but you should be able to go to a John Deere industrial dealer and ask for under carriage information for your 350.
If this dealer you went to can't provide the information then I would try another one. Make sure you contact a industrial or construction dealer not an Agriculture dealer. Although they should at least refer you to a good industrial store. Good Luck!

Hi !

thank you for the info , I will check those spec form 350D anyway on mine it will give me an idea at least , I do not deal with my local dealer because
twice I called to get some parts and info and it seems to me that since I'm not a big honcho owner of many machine they don't give a sh... , but my local AG dealer is simply the best they found parts and info for me like you can't imagine .

front & top idler are turning perfectly good they are a tad bit worn out but not much I think !!! LOL seems to be completely shot .

here are some pics of my idlers .

the specs on the upper roller is for 350 /350B /350C/350D your upper is very bad ...if you cant find a new one and the shaft is good then you can weld up the OD. and rebush i have never had one wear like that with so much differance from inside to outside your front idler looks very good

Hi !

yep the upper rollers are shot dead , I have a friend that has two used but in a lot better shape .

I measured the two front idler last evening , both are 18" an 7/8
so according to the specs given to me ( thank you ) they are 1/8 - 3/32
so 7/32 too small , am I right in this thinking ????

( new idler = 19.093 " means 19" 3/32 ) .

So I think I need to have them repacked or buy used one ( less worn than mine)

what do you think ?? any better ideas are welcome .

they can be welded up even the uppers can be as long as the wear does not get to close to the bolt holes

the bolt holes i speak of are the ones that hold the retainer cap on i have worn my 2010 top rollers (same ones as 350) right down to where the threads start showing where the chains ride...... as for ''repacking''? they have two bushings about $13 each and use 140WT gear oil thats why they have button fittings on them you turn the roller till the LONG bolt (i think thats the one) is level with the fitting and fill till it runs out that bolt hole and then replace the bolt the seals are what cost a ton about $200 each from deere
