Hi.
In the woods with my 450C,a branch came up fron the side and bent my fan blades, possibly ruined the rad. and water pump. Can i pull this crawler with the trans. in neut and the loader bucket floating.
Is a water pump, fan.and rad. readily available.
Thanks for the help,I'm off to the woods to try and remove the fn and rad. before I hear from you guys.

Read these threads before you deal with the water pump and radiator.remley wrote:Hi.

I think there's a "true" neutral between 2 and 3 on the range shifter with HLR transmissions. I remember reading a thread about it here, but can't find it back now.remley wrote:Can i pull this crawler with the trans. in neut
Re: 82 450C
On my 2010 (not sure if same on the 450s) there is a "tow" gear on the range selector. The crawler will roll with the HLR in neutral, but it is preferable to also have the range selector in "tow" especially if being towed any distance or at a higher speed.tjdub wrote:I think there's a "true" neutral between 2 and 3 on the range shifter with HLR transmissions.
