JOHN DEERE 550 H LT FORWARD OR REV CONTROL DOES NOT WORK

i got a john deere 550 H LT it starts and run good and did work really good till hard rain and cold temps hit it when it was sitting , now i went to it and start it up let it warm up and then was going to load it but the computer light not on and the forward and rev,control seem like it not working,, is there a fuse that could cause the computer not to light up? or keep it from putting it in gear? i just hope computer did not get fry due to dampness
