Ken is spot on with you need a proper tech manual for your machine. Your "Clutch" is not a clutch at all but is actually called a "Torsional Isolator". Your springs are going to be really loose as this is how they are designed. Check for wear on the lugs where the springs attach to the plate and the flywheel. Check the springs themselves for wear at the mating points with the lugs. The plate should have a wear ring attached to the face of it and it needs to be there and in good condition.

If you do a search on here for "torsional isolator" you will find A LOT of posts about this issue.
