Oil in Radiator

Post by VT350C » Tue Jun 18, 2013 8:45 am

All,

Thanks for all of your help in the past! Could not begin to deal with my machine without everyone's help (and support)...

My 350C has had a recent engine rebuild (complete) in the last 100+ hours. New recore on the radiator as well.

I now have oil in my radiator. I tried to pump water into the lower parts of the radiator to push the oil up and out of the filler neck. This worked, but after the bulk of the oil was removed, fresh globs would steadily float up anew...

I have ordered a new oil cooler and washer to install and hoping this is the source of the oil. Any opinions. No water in the oil (yet), which is good. Just did an oil change.

Opinions welcome!
Thanks,
Bob
