New to me dozer pics and Questions...

Post by JimmyFunk » Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:27 pm

Hey all I just bought this dozer. I will be bringing it home on Saturday. I know I need to buy the manuals for it. Where is the cheapest place to find them? Until I get them I would like to change all filters and fluids. This unit is a diesel what oil do you guys run? Capacities and type of oil would be great information. Also what grease do you use for everything else? Here are a few pics. I got it for $6500 with rebuilt tranny and rebuilt injection pump...

Jimmy, nice 350. Manuals are easy and cheap to buy on line in a pdf file from Deere. You will have it in less than a day. You buy it then down load it to your computer from a place called 'my downloads" on their site. You have to register on their site but it costs nothing and they do not send you unwanted mail. Once you have them (owners, parts, and service/technical) you can print out the pages you like or, I take the file on a memory stick to a print shop and have them printed and put into binders.
