Boom lift pin 450c??

I think that is what you would call it. But I need a new one the loader I bought was broke loose when I looked at it and the owner rewelded it. Looked like it had been welded once before. I am assuming this is the correct method as the other side looks factory. One side has a shoulder and slides through the main lift arm and welds to the inside. Can anyone verify this and what pin I will need?

I found a site call wengers that shows the side plates and pins. They are calling it lever inside and outside. Does anyone have a diagram of how these are assembled? Mine are welded and now I am thinking that isn't right
