Thanks to you all for the advice.

Fixed the problem with the hose going to the cutting clutches on the right side. Looks as if someone forgot to tighten the set screw on the clutch hub and almost cut the hose completely. Dozer runs like a champ now.

Found a winch and now I'm working to get the bugs out of it.
