From what I can find from other postings this serial number matches a 1970 JD 350.

The number fits more to the 350b.There is a post that list all the numbers by year. Yiurs fits the 1970 350B.

Yep, I saw the post that had the serial lists and thats what I assumed too.
Just needed that second set of eyes since the tractor didn't seem to have the 350 painted on the side, just wanted to make sure it was what I thought.
I assume the 4E3D are for the options from the factory.

I thought this was supposed to start with something like 350
Where do you find what the 4E3D means?
