"2010" Crawler Loader Parts Machines on EPay

Post by Tigerhaze » Tue Jan 27, 2009 5:17 pm

I found this ad while cruising Epay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0297736102

I found it of interest because the crawler in the pic is plumbed for a backhoe and has the brackets- may be of use to someone that has been looking for them. unfortunately it is not in my corner of the world or I would think about it.

Is it just me or does the sprocket in the pic look like a 1010 rather than a 2010 (concave versus convex)?

You know you are dealing with real tractor people when they mention that they also have an "Allis Chalmer" for sale.
I have not seen all tractors, and that is one model that I must have missed.

Yeah, but you get a whole 48 hours before you have to pick it up or they sell it again.

Maybe they did not completely think that through. They may really want the buyer to be a 6 or more day drive away, that way it is less chance that he would want to come back with it and get his money back.

That's what I had thought, but was unsure when I saw it had a solid rather than spoked front idler.

The ad overall is a little confusing because it talks about two "2010s"- however he only has a picture of the one 1010.

I didn't see the part about 48 hours- unless you live down the road that's a killer there. Someone close could maybe pick up a parts machine bargain though (currently at $1.25). I'm sure it'll get up to the price of scrap before the auction is over :x
