[Well, in this case I think the damage was caused by the former owner running the previous tracks so tight the bearing got hammered. I'm currently running a worn set of 350 tracks that everyone says won;t work. Well they will if everything has enough wear. Stuff like that drives poor Lavoy over at JD Crawlers nuts, so I just keep mum about it!

Guess where I found Bret talking JD's? But in his defense, he might be trying to convert and collect new members!

HAR! Gotta remember I got a D4 I'm working on too! Some of those Cat boys are sympathetic to a poor JD user.

I hope to get some pics of the repair as it progresses and post at both sites.

Gee, I post at Red Power, AMOC, YTmag and ibdozin too. Am I "unclean"?!!!!

As long as you come back home occasionally to get some "religion" we won't banish you.

Well Lavoy, the first time I mentioned using those tracks, I think maybe on Yesterdays Tractors, you reamed me a new one, so I don't mention it here! And don't worry, I keep coming back here and all those other places too. The problem here is most of you guys are way ahead of me on JD stuff, so I don;t have much to add.

I don't think I reamed you a new one, if so, I apologize. If I said it doesn't really work, I stand by what I said.

Bret,
You are in head of me,,,,I don't know enough to add anything but a little Hugh Moore occasionally. I like the yellow board too, even though I don't own one anymore. There like here, there is a wealth of learning waiting to be picked from the tree of knowledge. I hope it doesn't do me in like it did Adam and Eve.

Not to worry Lavoy, I just don't want to aggravate you by mentioning it./ Until I find a set of correct tracks, I'm stuck with what I got!
