New 440IC gas owner introducing myself

Lavoy,
Nice sight you have going on here. I have been looking through all of the posts and finding lots of relevant information to getting the 440 up and running. We purchased (my father and I) the dozer last year in pieces. It was literally in a lot of boxes. We hope we have enough parts to finish putting it back together. We should have the final drives back in place this weekend.
I still have a lot of work to do regarding building up of the track frames for idler adjustment and so on. The engine will come out of it this week for a total tear down and reboring as one of the pistons is seized. The dozer has been sitting in pieces for around twelve years since the previous owner had started the process of rebuilding it and then died. Serial # is in the 448xxx range.

Have some pictures but not loaded onto my puter yet but will post some of restoration as we move along.
