hello new here,i desperetly am in need of a splined coupler that joins my power shaft from the clutch to the input shaft of the tranny on my non-reverser 44o ic.any help would be appreciated.thanks

I think they are about $40.

They are still available from Deere I believe. Do you need a part number?

that would be great,i only have the service manual and it doesnt even show it in there,all equipt with reversers.you wouldnt happen to have the deere site to go to would you.i just keep getting side tracked when i try to search for old parts on the web.thanks for your help

If you go to jdparts.com, you should be able to download the Parts Manual for the 440C. The coupling is M3665T for the units without reversers. The bad news is Deere jacked the price to $145. Lavoy can probably help you with this part.

My mistake, sorry, in my blurry lack of sleep vision I thought I saw powershaft, not input shaft, my price was way off, sorry again.

I'm pretty sure it was about $40 last year when I got the replacement for the 1010CA. It's just a 17 tooth spline coupling for goodness sake. It sure as heck should cost $145 in any case.
Used ones are available and I'm sure I can cross it to something else with a little looking.

The 1010 coupling has gone up from Deere too, but not that much. I have aftermarket 1010 couplings on hand, but the 440 uses a different coupling.

Thanks guys on the info,i was able to find one for about $72 + shipping.i just hope it will be the same.cant remember how i stumbled on it but i will say you should check out gary polk equipment,they where very helpful.again thanks for the help guys.
