From the testing:

Liquid Wrench ... 127 pounds .. $0.21
Kano Kroil ........ 106 pounds .. $0.75

This means that Kano Kroil is less than 20% more effective, but cost OVER 3.5 times as much as Liquid Wrench.
Until I can no longer find "21 more pounds" of force, I will save my money.

I bought a gallon of Kroil directly from Kano Labs over the internet. It works pretty good, I have gotten one stuck Minne-moline loosened using it. It does a number on Harbor Freight oil cans though, apparently all the O-Rings in the pump plunger swell badly. LOL

Joe , thanks for the link to Kano Lab's , I need to order a gallon here soon . The crawler used quite a bit of it last year during the tear down

I agree, if they are weakened and/or not ready to break lose, they can snap off. In these cases, it really does not matter what you have used.
Exhaust bolts are a good example. They get pitted and it makes that area weaker.
When this happens, the "trick" penetrating oils and water take a back seat to some welding skills and more patience. Or, some drilling skills and a good set of easy outs.

One thing I have noticed frequently over the years is the benefit of vibration. Often times a bolt will break off if you are using hand tools, but the vibration of an impact wrench will tend to braek up the tension of the rust and often times they will come right out.
Also, the best penetrant I have ever used is heat. Heat the surrounding area to glowing if you can, and usually they will come right out.
