450 fuel shutoff solenoid sticking

Post by Rod Remmers » Sat Jun 05, 2010 10:34 pm

Hello all.
Can anyone tell me how to swith out a shut off solenoid on a model CBC431--15AL Roosa Master injector pump. It won't shut down at operating tempature, and won't fire up til it cools down. Seems like it's sticking or something. Any ifo would be helpful. Thank you.

Thanks KenP for the information, that starts me in the right direction. I do have a question though. On this pump, the post that the wire attachs to is recessed into the pump body. Nothing on the outside of the case to unscrew. Do you have to use a small deepwell socket to remove the plunger assembly? Again thanks for your help.
