This is the conversion bracket to mount a 10SI Delco Remy Alternator in place of the original generator. When I bought the crawler it had a "Universal" conversion bracket on it. It was kind of rickety looking to me, so I built this one before I tore the crawler down to little pieces.

A lot of people do not add the tube and support ear to the rear of the alternator and wonder why it flops around. The tube I used came out of a Chiller unit I cut up as an apprentice in the trades. The ear helps support the alternator and prevents the cast mounting ear from breaking.

Another shot of the support ear.

I had to build another upper support arm also, the original one would not work with this bracket.

The link above will take you to a thread on another site that has the same pictures and more information. The post is about half way down the page.
I will get more pictures of the other side of the mounting bracket and post them up here.
