High Altitude Use 440 Gas with TX777 Carb

Post by Johndozer » Sun Jul 17, 2011 7:22 am

I currently use my crawler at 1,000' elevation and need to use at 7,100' for a small project.

Do I need to re-jet the carb to use?

Were there any high altitude options offered by Deere?

thanks,
Scott

The carb has adjustable jets, just reset for best performance when you get to altitude.
Only thing Deere had for altitude is a high altitude head, but for what you are doing, I would not worry about it.
