I have been searching for detailed information on the timing marks inside the Rectangular Window of my 350B Fuel Injection Pump. The pics in the manuals are not much help.
I did notice one mark inside the window on the right side with the flywheel timing pin in place.
I am a bit unclear as to what I should be checking inside the window.
Should there be two marks (Right and Left - Both inside the window) if the engine is at TDC on the #1 Compression Stroke or is there only one mark inside the window??
Thanks!

There should be two marks or lines. The one on the right is stationary and the one on the left will rotate with the governor ring. If you have the flywheel pin in and number one cylinder at TDC and both valves closed, you should see this mark. They need to be lined up exactly in line with each other. If you do not see the left mark then rotate your engine one revolution and line your fly wheel pin again and check for your lines.
