2010 - 6way deisel dozer-location of hydralic filter

My first time on the message board.I've had my dozer for 8yrs. but haven't run it for 4.My biggest problem has been the fuel tank with moisture&rust.I gave up on the orig.tank an straped a plastic tank on the fender,now i can keep it running.Now its running i can't raise the blade enough to get any work done.Thought maybe i have moisture in hydralic tank too.My manual shows a plate with gasket held by 3 bolts,but i can't find it,any ideas?
