John deere 350bb with backhoe FOR SALE or PART OUT!

Post by Jacobs3273 » Thu Oct 18, 2012 12:37 pm

I have a 1974 john deere 350bb with backhoe it has been sitting a while and will need work, but does start and run and move and one of the track brakes works. the backhoe needs a hose or two but everything on it functioned as it should. I have the backhoe disconnected and sitting in a barn. The track loader is a three cylinder diesel, it has a rebuilt water pump, new starter, and fuel pump. The track loader recently started getting diesel fuel in the motor oil, so it will need the seals on the injection pump replaced. Also it will need the left track brake freed up and adjusted, the right track brake works but could stand to be adjusted. seat needs replaced as well and will need some track work. $5500 obo -Chris

For Sale or Considering parting it out 1974 350bb w/ backhoe

Post by Jacobs3273 » Sun Oct 28, 2012 10:48 pm

I am considering parting out the machine since there doesn't seem to be much interest and so if anyone needs any parts let me know. Machine has to go my mom is selling her farm and moving.

Jacobs, have you tried posting it locally on Craigslist? Especially if you can put something like "$5,500 delivered within 100 miles of Germantown" you might get a response from someone in the area. One thing about Craigslist is the price is right.

Jacobs, Is the backhoe the cylinder type? Do you know the model number of the backhoe attachment? I'm looking for an attachment for a 450C but the non cylinder type. I believe the model number 9500 or higher but there are sure more knowledgeable guys about the subject on the blog than me.
