420C track wear question

I have 2 420 5 rollers, one of them the tracks have no tilting (left to right up and down movement) the other one has a lot of movement, 3+ inches, very noticeable when stepping on the tracks to get on the tractor.

is the tilting a sign of worn out tracks?

Correct, pins and bushings are really shot. Evidently someone replaced one track, or rebushed one track in the past.
