After about 5 years working on and off it finally rolled out today and the blade even moves
, thanks for the help I found here also, glad thats over or I hope it is if everything works

Wow, that's bright!
I have the same machine, with the same features, with almost exactly the same number of hours -- but with the original paint.
I think I need to stumble over a couple big jugs of yellow!

Beautiful.
1975 450C. 1977 450CA loader, with winch and log arch. Is true..tracked equipment is addicting.

What paint did you use? Looks like Deere Old Construction Yellow.

Ok I took it out today and got alittle dirt on it, I guess for me to have everything apart it done good, everything worked fine except the governor, its not working, that's been couple of years since I had it apart, I guess its time to get the book back out, anyone got a guess what I did wrong?
Thanks for all the nice comments.
I used Federal Yellow Omni Urethane paint, just what I found in the paint book.

40 plus years working on JD 350s, 400Gs, 450s and other equipment both Ag and Construction.
